We hope that you're always pleased with your purchase from Beal UK Ltd, however, we understand that occasionally you may need to return goods to us.
Please download the form below, and include a copy with the items you wish to return.
Provide as much information as possible detailing the reason for return, faults must be described accurately, simply saying 'faulty' or 'broken' is not acceptable.
Call or email us and request an RMA number, or authorisation from a team member.
Include the RMA number on the form.
When an item is returned to us, it's important for our warehouse team to know who this belongs to, and the reasons for its return.
Items returned without valid authorisation will only be processed at our discretion.
On warranty returns we offer 12 months from the date of purchase, we are unable to accept items which are out of warranty,
Items being returned simply because you changed your mind, must have been purchased within the last 30 days, intact, still in its original retail packaging and of merchantable quality.
There may be occasions where it's not cost effective for Beal UK Ltd to collect a faulty item. In these instances, we may ask for you to dispose of it on our behalf.
